Stella Fleur LLC will make every effort to accommodate outdoor or offsite rentals, parties and events. However, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure the venue is suitable, including sufficient ceiling height for pole setup or appropriate shelter in the event of adverse weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if the weather or venue conditions, including ceiling height, are unsuitable for setup or performance, except in cases of rescheduling due to dangerous weather conditions initiated by Stella Fleur LLC - see below.

For safety reasons, Stella Fleur LLC instructors reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if road conditions are unsafe due to severe weather, such as snow, ice, or flooding. Clients will be notified as soon as possible in such cases, and we will work with you to reschedule your event.
